Dave brings extensive experience in leadership and personal development, with a career spanning multiple fields and over several decades. As a seasoned pastor for 27 years, Dave honed a keen ability to understand and support people. His diverse background also includes service as a military veteran and a successful career as a real estate agent, where he built a reputation for integrity and exceptional service.
In 2019, Dave co-founded Noble Escrow, continuing his commitment to excellence in his role as co-owner. His academic achievements include a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership, awarded in March 2012, which has further enhanced his skills in guiding individuals toward their goals.
Outside of his professional life, Dave enjoys riding his Harley, golfing with a good cigar, and spending quality time with his grandchildren. He is also dedicated to giving back to the community, reflecting his lifelong commitment to service.
Erica Johnson
Erica has been a dedicated professional in the escrow industry since 2004. Starting as a receptionist, she quickly advanced to become a highly skilled Escrow Closer. Her broad experience includes managing a variety of transactions such as residential, new construction, mobile homes, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, and refinances. Erica joined Noble Escrow in 2022 and remains committed to exceptional service, emphasizing the importance of communication and teamwork.
A long-time resident of the Mill Creek/Bothell area, Erica has made this community her home for nearly two decades. She is a proud parent to two adult children and one teenager, and a devoted grandmother to two grandchildren. In her leisure time, Erica enjoys working out, spending time with family, and relaxing with a good comedy.”

Starting her career in 2003 at a prominent private escrow company in Washington State, Saleurn began as an assistant and diligently worked her way up to the role of Compliance Supervisor. Outside of her professional life, Saleurn is a passionate nature enthusiast and an active mother of one. Her interests extend to the performing arts, where she has been engaged in circus arts since 2008. As a skilled juggler, she brings joy and creativity to her spare time, showcasing her diverse talents and vibrant personality.
